Welcome to the home of david Bernstein / The dB Group / the band The Source / dB Solo / dBmusic film scoring and dB Photographic representing 30 years of making music and photographs. This website was inspired by student request, and is meant to provide them with an educational resource as well as access to my work. It is dedicated to all the students I've had the pleasure of teaching over the years and their unwavering exploration of music. Out With The Old Compilation CD featuring some of the most popular songs from 1980-1984 by The David Bernstein Group	You Walk Away Compilation CD featuring some of the best songs from 1985-1989 by dB Solo and The Source

In 2011, 22 years after the initial release of “You Walk Away”, Junshuo Hou, a former student of mine, has remixed this 80’s pop rock song with a new hip interpretation, and has re-released it under his label Liquid Tension Music. The piece is now resurrected with heavy guitars, raging electronic beats and glitchy noises, combining perfectly with my original vocal performance. Check it out.
